Tracking and conversions

If you don't track well, you're optimising blind.

GA4, server-side tracking, Conversions API, first-party data: we put your tracking in order so your campaigns optimise on real data, not estimates — even in the post-cookie era.

Reliable data even post-cookie
Server-side tracking and Conversions API
Optimise campaigns on real data

The problem almost no one sees: wrong data, wrong decisions

You can run the best campaigns in the world: if tracking is broken or incomplete, you're deciding on false numbers. Unrecorded conversions, double counting, events that don't fire — and you end up killing what works and pushing what doesn't.

The problem got worse with privacy: cookie blocking, ITP, ad blockers and consent are degrading classic browser-side tracking. Without server-side tracking and first-party data, today you lose a significant slice of real conversions — and you don't know it.

Putting the data in order isn't a technical detail: it's the foundation that makes every advertising euro efficient. Right data first, then optimisation.

What we fix, concretely

A solid, privacy-proof tracking infrastructure, so what you see in the reports is what actually happens.

GA4 and reports done right

A clean GA4 setup, events and ecommerce, with reports that answer business questions — not a panel full of numbers no one looks at.

Server-side tracking

We move tracking server-side: more reliable, resistant to ad blockers and cookie blocking, with better control over the data you send to the platforms.

Conversions API and offline

We connect Meta/Google Conversions API and offline conversions from the CRM, so the platforms optimise on real customers, not just clicks.

First and zero-party data

We build a GDPR-compliant first-party data strategy: less reliance on third-party cookies, more of your own reliable data over time.

Not sure your tracking is reliable?

On the first call we run a quick check of your setup and tell you what you're probably losing — with concrete examples, no jargon.

How we work

01

Tracking audit

We check what fires, what doesn't and where conversions leak. An honest snapshot of how much you can trust your data today.

02

Data architecture

We design the setup: GA4, server-side, Conversions API, first-party data. What your case actually needs, without needless complexity.

03

Implementation

We ship the tracking cleanly and compliantly, connected to campaigns, CRM and the tools you already use.

04

Validation and reporting

We verify the numbers add up and build readable reports, so you decide on data you can trust.

Frequently asked questions

What is server-side tracking and why do I need it?

It's tracking that goes through a server instead of only the visitor's browser. Compared to classic client-side tracking it's more reliable: it resists ad blockers, cookie blocking and browser limits, and gives you more control over the data you send to Google and Meta. Today, with privacy restrictions, it's often the difference between seeing half your conversions and seeing almost all of them.

I already have Google Analytics. Isn't that enough?

Having GA4 installed doesn't mean it's measuring well. Often events aren't configured correctly, conversions don't match the ad platforms, and post-cookie data is incomplete. We run an audit to see how much you can trust your numbers, and fix what's needed.

What are first-party and zero-party data?

They're the data you collect directly (first-party: site behaviour, purchases; zero-party: information the customer gives you willingly). Unlike third-party cookies, they're yours, reliable and compliant. They're the foundation of tracking and marketing in the post-cookie era.

Do I need it if I do little advertising?

If you spend little or nothing on advertising, solid basic tracking may be enough. It becomes important when you run campaigns: there, every untracked conversion is poorly optimised budget. On the first call we tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your case.

Is the tracking you set up GDPR-compliant?

Yes. We design tracking respecting consent and privacy law: collecting better data doesn't mean collecting it improperly. In fact, a good first-party strategy reduces reliance on more problematic third-party mechanisms.
